Oh hey!
I'm back! Is it just me or is this year just flying by?!
I wore this outfit to a lunch date with a friend. I purchased most of it from Forever 21! Every time I go shopping at Forever 21 I cant help but think back to the times I stood in that same exact shop crying because I did not fit into their clothes. I am so happy that more and more clothing stores are adding in plus size clothing. This blog is meant to show people that you can be curvy and still have style. I think society is finally catching up with that idea! I hope one day that there will be no separation between clothing and plus size clothing and it will all just be clothing!
When it comes to my body type I feel that combining one loose piece of clothing with one tight piece works best. In the outfit below, I wore a loose high wasted skirt with fitted top. When I wear fitted pants I wear a loose blouse on top. I steer clear of wearing two loose pieces because I lose my shape. And if I wear two fitted pieces, it shows my whole shape and I am not there yet haha.
